THE STORY: From Mischief, Broadway masters of comedy, comes the smash hit farce. Welcome to opening night of the Cornley University Drama Society’s newest production, The Murder at Haversham Manor, where things are quickly going from bad to utterly disastrous. This 1920s whodunit has everything you never wanted in a show—an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines). Nevertheless, the accident-prone thespians battle against all odds to make it through to their final curtain call, with hilarious consequences! Part Monty Python, part Sherlock Holmes, this Olivier Award–winning comedy is a global phenomenon that’s guaranteed to leave you aching with laughter!

Backstage Running Crew: Responsible for the safety of the backstage area during all performances. Organized. Team player. Cleans stage at start of call-time and is responsible for all set changes during the course of a performance or rehearsal. Returns set to “pre-show” setting after every performance. Costume Crew & Makeup Crew: Assist actors in changing costumes, keeping track of costume pieces, and assist with wigs, hair, and make-up and occasional photo calls. The Dresser/Wardrobe Crew is also responsible for maintaining and cleaning the costumes after each performance. Parent Volunteer Chairs Include: Kim Murray and Patty Sawyer

Utilizing your photography and/or videography skills, you would create material to contribute to advertising our show's development. (Work closely with Ms. Binder to publicize the show throughout the Maple Lawn community.)
